Curiosity Mars Rover - Seven Years in Seven Minutes

I was captivated while watching the live streaming of NASA's Mars Rover Curiosity landing on August 6th 2012. I got caught up with the excitement and went a bit tweet crazy that day but it was fun to see the reaction of other people on Twitter sharing the viewing experience. Mark Rober is an engineer with NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL) and he worked on the Curiosity project for 7 years.

In this video dedicated to the thousands of people that contributed to the project, Rober reflects on what transpired over the 7 years while working on Curiosity and shares the nail biting moments leading up to the successful landing.
